No only the fish I said would work will work. The BGK will still get to big and eat almost all the other fish.The loach, tetras, cories, plecos, and swordtails are your best option.

An angle is kinda iffy, with the proper filtration I think it could fit in there too. And as long as your tank is at least 18"high. There is a risk though that the angle will eat all the neons. Neons are what a angle would naturally prey on in the wild.

My brother had an angel in his 55G tank with neons, needless to say the neons slowly disappeared and I think they became lunch for the angel
