This is a T5 but you're correct, it doesn't say "HO". I dug around to see the tube stats and the spectrum graph for each tube seems OK, but there is no indication of lux/lumens. So I can't surmise on the intensity. It will certainly be enough, but may or may not be too much.
Are you getting this in a local store where you can return it for exchange if needed? I've done this, as lighting can be difficult to assess until you see it on your aquarium, and for a few days.
