HELP BABY FISH OUT OF thin air

Hi have small tank only for about 1 wk and half, 1st week added 2 baloon mollys 2 fem for 1st week, 2nd week added siamese fighter "male" 1 plec (cleaner fish algie) and one male mollie.

just looked at tank and saw a few tiny ameba looking things with bug eyes, got siamese fish out of there, wondered whats going on, what should i do, need info fast, should i take them out of tank

will malke fish eat them

any info would be cool

your female mollies were probably in a tank with males at the pet store and were already pregnant when you bought them. do either of them seems skinnier than before? they breed like mad.

I agree - your mollies were probably already pregnant and gave birth in the tank.

Do you want to keep the babies? Do you have room for all of them when they get larger? Even if you don't do anything (i.e. just leave them in there and let nature run its course) you will probably get some survivors and you'll eventually have a tank that's way overstocked. You'll need to get rid of the babies as they get older or else you'll have a population explosion.

How big is your tank? If the tank is smaller than 75 gallons, and your pleco is a common pleco, you're eventually going to run into problems as these fish get huge and produce a ton of waste.
