Hello everyone. I don't know if anyone here remembers me but I was pretty active last summer. I had absolutely NO time to come on during my school year, it's been extremely hectic. Anyway, school will be ending soon and I can't wait to get back to a summer of fish! I did get a job, but I'll hopefully have enough time to come on here regularly.
So here's my situation.
The 30 gallon is still up and running, but it's numbers are dwindling.
All it has now is:
- 1 Dojo Loach
- 1 Golden Gourami
- 3 Black Tetras
- 1 Neon Tetra
Sadly, all the other fish died off. Some were pretty old and I had gotten them from my friend. My tank looks like trash, My once-amazing amazon sword plant is dying, no idea why. I can't control the Java Moss, it's just swaying.
My 10 gallon endeavor failed, I had to get rid of my favorite fish, the dwarf puffers
So I was wondering if anyone could help me with a few things;
- What fish should I add to the 30 gallon?
- Any way to save my amazon sword and what should I do with the moss?
- I have an empty 10 gallon tank now, and now is about the time I should start cycling it, what's the best way for me to do it?
- Once the 10 gallon is ready, what should I do with it? I was thinking
A. Crayfish
B. Dwarf Frogs
C. Small, bright-colored community tank.
D. Retry with Dwarf Puffers
Any help is greatly appreciated! Hoping to see some friendly faces!
