| || | The rack of tanks at the far end of the room are all guppy breeders, mixed with shrimp and crays. It's hard to tell, but there are 3 10's on top, 2 10's and a 20 long on the middle, and 20 long on the bottom, with another 20 long here and waiting to be set up.

Mollie fan is correct in her thinking and it wouldnt matter what age you are........Breeding fish is a very daunting task for the people (myself included) that have the resources for all the extra tanks and special food it will and does require......People who thinks its cute to have "baby" fish, usually dont provide the correct things to raise the fish to adulthood and end up losing the fry fish, or worse have their tank degrade and take out all their fish from disease or the overload of maintainance.....Currently i am raising 2 types of guppies, each species requiring 3 tanks each..I do water changes every other day to provide the clean water and habitat that they need......Most people have a tough time maintaining one tank......Alot of the members who ask breeding questions only have a solo tank, unless your ready to provide more tanks and ALOT more time and money, dont do it.......In the end, its the fish that suffer...
