I have a neon blue dwarf gourami and want to get some sparkling gouramis and was wondering if they will get along.

More than one male gourami per aquarium will cause them to fight. Regardless of their species if it is a male gourami they will fight eventually.

I don't know about females though. you could have multiple breeds of female gouramis with one male gourami in there.

Well I think my gourami is a female because his/her red stripes are broken and dull but im not sure but if he/she is male than can I just get all female sparkling gouramis?

That would be your best bet. If your gourami has color...usually a male. Here is a good ID picture of gouramis

Male Dwarf Gourami on top
Female Dwarf Gourami on bottom

Females tend to have the smaller dorsal fin...usually shorter or stockier...not as wide....that is the main tell if you have a weird color species like the neon blue ones.

About the Sparkling Gourami

Compatibility/Temperament: Peaceful and timid, suitable only for a species aquarium or combined with similar small non-aggressive fish sharing identical water parameters such as smaller rasbora species, chocolate gourami, and smaller loach species.

The pygmy sparkling gourami is an interesting and somewhat delicate fish requiring specific water conditions, but in a suitable aquarium is hardy and a ready spawner. Does best in a small group, six or more, in a spacious well-planted aquarium with very minimal water movement and subdued lighting; stable water parameters are essential, and the fish should only be introduced to a well-established aquarium. Floating plants are mandatory, both to shade the light and to provide feeding and spawning sites; Ceratopteris (Water Sprite) and Hygrophila difformis (Wisteria) allowed to grow along the surface are ideal.

About the Dwarf Gourami

Compatibility/Temperament: Both shy and territorial, this fish can be maintained in a larger community aquarium with peaceful and quiet tankmates but usually not other gourami or active, boisterous fish. Males are territorial with other males. Sometimes other brightly-coloured fish will cause this fish to become aggressive. Should be maintained in sexed pairs only.

I wouldn't recommend it after reading that. Sound like your best bet is to get some female dwarf gouramis.
