Hi I have a 55 gallon tank that has some scratches on the front of the tank, and I was wondering if theres any way to get rid of them? Like there not visible unless u really look or if algae grows on it, but it's not very elegant , and they were cause by rocks scraping it accidentally, so ya
Have used Cerium oxide (jeweler's paste) on glass tank's with minor scratches.Have also simply turned tank's around so that scratches are on back glass rather than front.
Course if both sides are scratched, then your pretty much limited to trying to buff them out with the afore mentioned paste, or living with the scratches.
