Aquarium
You should get more black skirt and serpae tetras as they are both schooling fish.

150 Gallon - Mostly American Cichlids
135 Gallon - Angelfish Community
75 Gallon - Odd couple (Polleni/Angelfish)
55 Gallon - African tank
20 Gallon Long - QT
10 Gallon - Empty

I like your fish list. You said you don't like the tetras that you have. I have Harlequen Rasboras they are really hardy fish I have 6, But I also like Glow light tetras as small school of 4-5 would be nice. I have'nt had much luck with the Neon type they are not very hardy. You have a Bushy nosed Pleco on your list Good choice. I have 3 of them 2 in a 55 gal. and 1 in a 6 gal. I like them as they only get 4 - 41/2 inches max when full grown unlike the other Plecos. They are little cleaning machines. I had it in a tank thats by a window and it was full of algae on the side and back. It only took about a week to clean the glass. I think every one with a small tank should invest in at least 1 of those.Happy fish shopping!
