Well I prefer ADFs, one reason is cus they only get about 2in. U can also but them with community fish, there also fun to watch. They also like to be in a planted tank. ACFs r a whole different story. They get about the size of ur hand, they also will eat fish, even bigger fish. A buddy of mine had one that ate tiger barbs, severums, kribensis,ect... They tend to be not as active as the dwarfs. They will tear up plants.
Can put with community fish
Can put in small tanks
Love planted tanks

Pain to feed in community tanks but can be done

Easier to fed

Can't put with community fish
Need a much larger tank
Not as active
Doesn't like plants

Glad to help. Make sure you get 3 or more of them because they r very social. They tend to love bloodworms and blackworms over pellets. Hope u enjoy them!
