Flowerhorn

I have change the water of my flowerhorn fish tank two weeks ago. Every time I change the water, the fish does not eat for one week, but eventually it will eat. But this it is different, my fish is eating at. What should I do.

4 Flowerhorn (1 in a 55gal, 2 with a divider in a 10gal, and 1 in a 20gal)
3 Goldfish sharing tank with 3 Male Guppy and 6 Female 10gal. Hope of getting more later on.
