fish trading?

Does anyone have information or a directory of fish trading / selling or anything like that? I have a pleco that I would love to trade for a pictus... Let me know if anyone has any info.

The easiest way I have found people trading fish. Is thru the local Craigslist, this way you can really see what your geting as wellas them.

or local aquarium clubs and LFS will sometimes usually offer half the fishes value as store credit.

most aqatic centers will not take plecos my local one wont take them and has stopped selling commons as the majority of people who buy them cannot house them

thanks for the info... I guess what I really want is a good home for the pleco... his name is Niles and I've had him for at least 7 years, so I want him to be treated well. He is outgrowing my 45 gallon though, and I can't afford a larger tank at the moment...

Take him to a higher end store they usually take them as a donation and normally have a higher demand for larger fish, but call first.
