fish are not interested in Frozen Dried Bloodworms?

I asked from the lfs for sinking fish food and when I came home and opened it, its this. stinks!
any how when I put these in my tank my fish isn't seems to be interested in this. I usually feed them little pellets.
Whats wrong here? dwarf/honey gourami, and neon tetras. they dont eat these stuff? I have some worm cubes for now. Maybe I'll buy more of those.

My fish eat freeze dried bloodworm's like they are going out of style. On my can, it says to soak before adding to the water. Are you doing that? My nephew's Tetra's will eat the bloodworm's too so... maybe you have fussy fish? lol

I think soaking them to rehydrate them is the key.

I soak mine in a little tank water and I add a small clove of garlic. Let it sit for about 10 - 15 mins. and then remove the garlic before adding the worms to the tank.
