filters

hey all,
i have a 1200L/H internal running in my tank at the moment while my tank is cycling, ive come to the conclusion even with the nozzle on the internal set to 'Low' the flow is still a bit quick for some fish i had in mind to be adding when the cycle completes (angels, gouramis) was wondering if theres anything i can do to reduce the flow???
thanks

320 gph is too much for a 60 gallon tank? What makes you think it's too much?

I was just wondering why you thought it was too much.

What kind of an outflow does it have? A spraybar? A waterfall like a HOB?

just the way it comes out might be too turbulent for some of my fish thats all, na i know its not enough generally speaking thats why i have 2 probably going to put the 2nd one in soon, ah its fully submerged in the water, so it like jets out?

So it comes out of a nozzle?

That's not a lot of flow - I can't think of any fish that would need less than that.
