Feeding My African Dwarf Frogs?

Hey everyone, I got three ADFs in my 30 gallon community fish tank a few days ago. I bought some frozen red bloodworms to feed them, problem is that I have a shoal of corys that love to feast on them as well. I have been a bit successful feeding the frogs with tweezers and dropping the worms right on them, but this involves sticking my whole arm in the water and the corys still end up getting most of the worms.

I was wondering if anyone has a foolproof way that they feed their ADFs. These guys were so starved at the pet store, I don't want them to die! I want nice, plump little froggers.

Thanks!

One 10 Gallon - One White Crayfish
One 15 Gallon - Baby Bullfrogs

the only "fool proof" way i can think of is to have a seperate species tank for them, but dont be fooled its not proofed. think about it, you could lead a horse to water but cant make him drink and that seems to be the problem with these guys, they just dont hear the dinner bell.
