Easiest and safest way is to make your own, as stated. Plus, guppies breed like no other and you would have a ton in a few months. You could even do convict fry if you wanted to.
And for the reef inverts, do you mean like a Mantis Shrimp or the like? Most of the inverts I know of that are carnivorous take other crustaceans over anything else.
