Just out of curiosity:

Is the purpose of this poll to help choose between which fish to add to your tank next?

If so, here are some things to consider:
The electric blue johanni is an extremely aggressive African cichlid that should only be housed with other African cichlids and possibly Rift Lake catfish. It needs hard water with a high pH to thrive. In a typical community setting, it will likely kill any peaceful tankmates and then suffer from the inadequate water quality.

The Discus is a sensitive fish that needs carefully chosen tankmates and special care. It needs soft, acidic water that is kept much warmer than typical tropical temperatures.

So, out of the three, the flame gourami is the only fish that can fit into the average community setup without major problems.
