Emergency help on Parrot fish please

i have 2 flowerhorn parrots its a mix of flowerhorn and parrot in a 85 gal freshwater tank. i changed my water today and one of the parrot became white its colors faded but the other one is good. why did that ones body become white? it doesnt have anything on it its just the colors are a little faded on it. i checked the water everything is good except the temperature but its almost there. is that a bad sign that it is white?

Are the fish new ? how long have they been in the tank? how long has the tank been running with fish in it? IF the tank and fish are not new and water tests for ammonia, nitrites and nitrAtes are good and 20 percent weekly water changes are being performed being sure to add dechlorinator BEFORE adding the new water, then i would suggest trying to keep temp stable and trying to add new water at water changes that is close to same temp as tank.

well i have discus and black ghost fish in there ive had them in there for 2 months. every other fish is doing great its just this one lol. the temperature will be stable in a couple hours. but this parrot is not eating its just taking alot of dumps since morning. its not sick or anything so there is no point fo rmedicine in my opinion. hopefully by tomorrow morning it will be back up on its fins.
