Does anyone know what is wrong with this 6 mo. old swordtail?



See if you can see this picture. Doesn't really show though. Below his mouth (Let's say it's chest area) it is completely white and slightly swollen. He keep rubbing it against an ornament in the tank. It's not a small spot like ick. It is like his whole chest area. I am so upset. He is my oldest baby. I'll try to get a better picture. Thanx!
p.s., this is a different tank than the one I have posted about before.
