Returning to the original question, yes, it is not good to feed bloodworms daily. You will get far more nutrition in prepared foods combined with other frozen (or live) foods. And if I read you correctly, your fish are eating the flake and then you give bloodworms as well. This is overfeeding and bound to cause problems.
You cannot assume a fish "needs" food just because it appears "hungry" all the time. Fish are programmed to eat when they find ready food, and in the wild food may not be so plentiful or there may be periods of no food in between "meals." They will naturally eat all they can when they find it. But in an aquarium where this occurs day after day, serious health issues will result.
Fish should only be fed once a day, and only a small amount; missing a day or two each week does no harm. Except for fry, which require more regular food in order to grow and develop properly.
