All readings zero except the ph which was 6.8 .I bought two new loaches & OMG what a difference
They are playing around, eating and interacting with each other
The ones from the LFS just hid so I think maybe that was the problem. These ones are much fatter too and I bought frozen blood worm for them which they devour.
Lets hope these do well as Im happy to get a bigget tank once they grow
Thankyou for your help

In a cycled tank with mature biological filter there should be some reading for Nitrates unless tank is heavily planted.(in which case loaches will soon uproot them)
You indictae all reading's are zero and this could be a clue that tanks biological filter was compromised, or under developed.

The most important medication in your fish medicine cabinet is.. Clean water.

I do have a lot of plants so looks as if they may get damaged but thats ok
These loaches are so different from the others I can hardly believe it.
They never stop playing whereas the others just hid from day 1
Think a lot of the problems will be I got bad fish
Thankyou so much
