Can I add Frogs?

I just recently put together a 55 gallon tropical planted aquarium and was wondering if I could add a couple frogs to it. I have White Cloud, Zebra Danios, and Guppies in the tank right now. Is there a frog that could live peacefully among these fish? Thanks!

The two most common aquatic frogs are African clawed frogs and African dwarf frogs. The clawed frogs will definitely eat your fish, so avoid those. The dwarf frogs might be a possibility, but here are two concerns:

1) A 55g tank is pretty tall, and these guys usually lay about on the bottom of the tank and surface for air from time to time. That height may be a bit on the tall side for them.

2) ADF's aren't exactly the best at finding and eating food. If you just put food in the tank, your fish will probably eat it before your frogs get any. You will most likely have to spot feed them with a turkey baster or some tweezers and put it right in front of their faces. Even then, you may run into problems with your fish stealing the food.

Just to add to this, they have really bad eye sight so putting the food 2 -3 inches away from their face would help. They are pretty funny to watch!

And just before you laid dead weight upon its shores, I stung you in the face for that's the nature of my core.
