| || | What alcohol did he use? Grain alcohol? Ethyl alcohol? The ethyl alcohol will horribly kill the fish as it burns their gill and skin tissues badly. I'd understand if the grain alcohol was used right after sedating the fish with clove oil as it slows down the respiration and finally stopping the organs from functioning well. But to see if it goes drunk? I wonder the sanity of that jerk.

Your biology teacher sounds like my juinor high school science teacher. He placed a small goldfish in a very large petri dish and shot the image up on the blackboard via an overhead projector. His experiment was to then add alcohol to see how a drunk fish behaves...as if we kids didn't already know what alcohol does to the brain.
