Sounds to me like your teacher is a jerk. If you do not get the response you want from him maybe you could go to the principle.

Kindest Regards,

Keeping fish its not a hobby it is a passion!

I have a 55 gallon, 40 gallon, 29 gallon, 20 gallon tank, 5 gallon , and a 2.5 gallon all with real plants.

I'd PM Lupin for some advice. Good Luck.
What alcohol did he use? Grain alcohol? Ethyl alcohol? The ethyl alcohol will horribly kill the fish as it burns their gill and skin tissues badly. I'd understand if the grain alcohol was used right after sedating the fish with clove oil as it slows down the respiration and finally stopping the organs from functioning well. But to see if it goes drunk? I wonder the sanity of that jerk.

I'm ready for the pressure.
The drama and the pleasure!
If there is one thing I want to see here, it's HUMOR.
I believe I can fly!
I believe I can touch the sky!
I think about it every night and day!
I stand in awe of my body.
