They absolutely will...either get really teeny stones or really big ones that they can't eat. ACF's grow to around fist sized, females bigger than males, and you need approximately 10 gallons per frog, your best bet is to get a couple and a 20L tank. You'll need a filter that doesn't have a high current on it because they don't really like a lot of current (I've got an Aquaclear 30 in mine set pretty low) and you'll want your heater set at 72-75. You cannot house these frogs with fish as they WILL eat them or choke to death trying to eat them. Do not feed them feeder goldfish or any type of minnows because they have serrated spines and ACF's stomachs can't handle it. You can feed them floating reptile sticks, or get one of the terra cotta dish things that go under a flowerpot, put it on the bottom and put some HBH frog + tadpole bites or soft sinking krill bites in there...other people feed other stuff but that's what I give em. I also keep waxworms in the fridge for my other frog and my ACF's love to have a few themselves...they're pretty spooky to start out with but they learn to handfeed rather quickly. They have poor sight so it's a good idea to invest in a feeding ring if you use floating reptile sticks.
This is the best website I ever found on the critters:
