AngelFish question

Once again I have another question about my little runt angelfish. When I got him his top and bottom fin were a little bent over and kinda looked like they had been cut. I though maybe it was just from the travel. Is there anything I can do to help with the fins?

I know its a little hard to tell in the photo sorry

Are his fins rotting or do they have marks on them?

Clean water is usually the best medicine for fish. But there are times when you need to resort to medication to help fish. If you can, I'd get a picture that better shows what was done to his fins.

They dont look like there rotting like I said they look like they've been cut or broke. Part of the top fin looks like its been cut while the other part is just kinda bent over.
