I agree with former posts. The only fish in your list I would put with angels are the black neons. Angelfish are fairly sedate fish, not active swimmers, and having any fish that races around the tank in with them, regardless of tank or fgish size, will make them insecure and as I've said many times, that causes stress which brings on disease. While Angels are not equal to discus, they do both share the need for a quite environment. And also warmth; more active fish generally come from cooler waters than sedate fish like angels and discus. Good companions would be many of the shoaling characins (cardinals, loreto, metae, hatchetfish, ...) but avoid the more active tetras.
Also, and importantly, angelfish like company (their own species). I would not keep them individually, as this is subjecting the fish to something un-natural and...you guessed it, more stress.
