I can't really tell for sure a male from a female (unless they're spawning), let alone their age.
Males usually develop a "hump" as they grow older, but not always.
They don't look stunted, so you can ballpark it by body size. Dime body size is about 8 weeks old, nickel 10-12 weeks, quarter would be about 3-4 months. They should be half dollar size around 6 months, dollar body size closer to 9 months. I'm seeing a bit of fin missing on that closeup of the gold one, could be nippy tankmates, keep an eye out for that.
