I don't believe there is room for any more fish. You have six Tinfoil Barb, presumably these are Barbonymus schwanenfeldii which can attain 14 inches and should have a 6-7 foot tank of 200 gallons. The Bala Shark (Balantiocheilos melanopterus) attains 14-16 inches and should have an 8-foot tank. I certainly wouldn't crowd these with more fish now which might affect their growth.
I also wouldn't think combining the shy Silver Dollar with the more active cyprinids (both the Tinfoils and the Bala are very active) would be good, even with more space.
