Accidentally gave my freshwater fish saltwater food!

I was apparently not paying attention to the box that I grabbed at the lfs and I got Marine cuisine. I even gave them a cube without thinking. That was last week and they seem to be doing ok. I only just now realized what I had done. Is it ok to give them that? I won't unless someone knows for certain it is ok. Otherwise I need to find someone with a saltwater tank nearby.

It seems a bit high on salt content. You can still feed them that stuff but I suggest doing it in moderation. 2-3x a week will do it.
