100 New tank mates

In a tank with a red tail shark, pleco, platies, guppies, white and black skirt, Zebra Danio, rasboras (dont know type), a Neon Tetra, and some other small tetras. Should I get some more tetras or two platies? This is for my friend getting fish for her uncles tank.

What size tank is it?
You definitely need at least 5 more neons.
Also that Rainbow Shark won't belong there once he gets bigger.

Well, they left and I was just trying to get her soe ideas. Its her uncles tank so he'll will have the final decision. And they've that the red tail (not rainbow) for a while.
She didnt know what to get. I think they only have 1, such a big tank :) Thought I saw another this morning.
