It's so neat to see all these tanks - the old and the new - back to back like this! You've definitely got your own unique style - it's inspiring! I've never seen anyone use artificial plants and FLOWERS (!) so well in an aquarium. . . these look like they came right from a florist's shop - sooooo pretty! I'm lovin' your little froggy friend and his habitat, too! <3

Thank you so much for sharing your own unique style with the rest of us - they're absolutely gorgeous! Keep up the good work! ^____^

ok here's a little story..however no pictures just yet.

my daughter and the children went home today ….i miss them so much
already…
the clearing up began, when my O.H asked if i wanted to go to the fish shop,
off we went….while there…i saw the clown loaches…quite small, all swimming about
6 little monkies minding their own business (quite pale in colour might add) so
the young man came to help me..and while chatting and catching loaches
we spot another little dude hiding under the wood there's 7
oh no says i….that means he'll be left all alone ( 6= £25.00) £5.95 single
"yeah" says young man i know what you mean,i'd feel the same way!
i have to take him too..says i,i just can't leave him !
and i hopefully got a female bristle nose to keep Mr moody bum from terrorising
the corys….algae wafers as i need them…gets to the till and he tells me he won't
charge me for the extra little loach !
so…they're home…swimming about…colour back and looking loachie.

sad note…both rams have passed away….never going to try and keep them again!

thanks mate…i was pretty gutted about the rams..
never going to try and keep them again

have separated the angels, bullying too much, one was hiding in the plants,
i can't have that, they have been put in the small tank, not overly happy
about that,feel i've punished them.

Awe that sucks and as I said before I guess some people are not meant to have some fish. You the rams and me the neons (though I do have 3 left out of 9) sorry for the loss willow. At least we tried again right. Good luck with the loaches.

They will do the best they can to protect, but in a community tank, not likely to make it . What did they lay on? Slates or plants can be moved to little tank.. And if you can keep loaches well, I don't understand problem with rams..unless it is weak fish to begin with? Rams do prosper much better in "well established water"..not freshly cycled, in other words..so in about ten months you need to buy a couple pretty german blues. They will make it I bet.
