That's a knight goby! Wonderful fish, but often sold as freshwater fish when they are actually brackish. If it's not in a brackish water environment, it becomes weak and brittle, so I hope you have it in brackish water!

no it is not brackish. will it die? if so that sucks, very cool fish, has been eating brood worms. other fish in the tank are zig zag eel( that they told me was a weather loach), dojo loach, kissing fish, ( of some sort), gold fish, two catfish they said wre lepard catfish. if I put salt in to help the goby , want that kill the others? .........Hate it.

Yes, the knight goby will eventually be in very poor health if not kept in a brackish water environment. If it's eating blood worms that's a good sign, but it still should really have brackish water. The zig zag eel is definitely not a weather loach; in fact, weather loach is another common name for your dojo loach. Most kissing fish seen in the hobby are pink kissing gouramis, but I guess it could be something else. Gold fish technically should not be housed with tropical fish, as they require a colder temperature water then the rest of your fish. As much as your goby should have salt, DO NOT add salt to your community aquarium because your other fish will not tolerate it well. Ideally, setting the goby up his own tank is what's best. It honestly sounds like your local fish store need to brush up on their nomenclature!
