I love that 1 eye. I makes him look like he has an eyebrow xD
He's swimming amongst the group nicely. My gold marble does a tiny bit of chasing and nipping at him. But Tig turns around and gives him a bigger dose of what the marble just gave him. Tig is almost double the size of the marble, I'm not sure what makes the marble think he can put Tig in his place LOL Everyone else gives him no trouble and they all go about their merry ways.

It sounds like they're getting along great! Cichlids can be tricky things. Sure are pretty, though. . . :)

I also want to say Thank You for not overstocking your tank! JMO but it seems we often overdo it and when we have a big tank like a 75 it's nice to pick up a little school of babies and watch them grow out. Those Angels will enjoy that space for awhile!

More videos will be required you know!! We're gonna want to see those plants fill out! Are you fertilizing on a regular basis? I notice when I fert I have a new leaf within 2 days... it's amazing to watch them grow too.

Thanks! I'm a stickler for stocking tanks correctly xD

I do fert regularly. I add liquid fert every Weds(WCs are done on Mondays) and root tabs are added every 3-ish months. 1 root tab is given to the sword and another is mashed with a hammer and split amongst everything else.

Speaking of my plants; I reorganized my plants and trimmed some of my hygro/split my wisteria for the left corner.

*blush* Thanks y'all!
I hope to soon be able to have atleast 70% plant coverage so that I can put in some organic soil.

Here's a before pic. Look how white my sand was!!! It now has a more natural look to it. If I dig around in the sand, I can still find some bleach white sand xD

I know!!!
I used to love the sand being bleach white. Now that it isn't bleach white, I wouldn't have it any other way. Thought about going to black sand. But what I am at now is what I like best.
