TY Willow! It was actually easy to pull out. I expected the roots to be intertwined together and I would have to uproot both plants.

Tiger Lotus cost so much there?! :O Mine only cost $5. And it's been really easy to care for. When I was just using sand, I gave it a root tab every few months, but since going to soil, I've left it alone and it just continues to blossom.
haha, love it how you said that - reminds me of my fish tank... It about a cm off, however, it is the house, not the tank!
$5! Wow, that is for an average plant - like java fern - here tiger lotus cost $30 - $40 each!
They sound really easy to look after, but knowing me I will kill it! First off is getting some aunbias and java fern, if they survive then I try duckweed again then move onto vall...

I've never had any problems with 'Impulse Buying'. They're just animals that I forgot I had planned to get.

Speaking of anubias plants! Not sure if you noticed it, mine died! I am not sure why it died. All the leaves just slowly came off, 1 by 1. The leaves fell off healthy looking, they didn't get soft or lose any color. hm, idk. I am living it in there in hopes that it just comes back :P

I talked to hubby about it(don't as why /facepalm) and he just kept saying, things die, it's natural. And I'm all like, but this is supposed to be a plant that is really hard to kill! And yet I managed to kill it! lol

The blue markings are amazing! My fishies are beginning to develop some blue markings too, blue-marked angels rule!

(Casper is a fabulous angel BTW!)

Thanks! I have to admit. In the beginning I was hoping to get blue angels. Now I feel I have a little too many. Blue plat, silvers showing some blue and even the yellow marble is showing a small hint in his dorsal. But I still love em all. Hehe
