good morning love this tank but its funny I was just admiring it under another post ..and I wondered how would you know if any one died?...and then here you have said the the same thing... seriously how do you, do a head count? Do fish decompose faster with real plants? Seems like mother nature would take care of things...?

seriously hahaha i just wanna make sure everyone is fine so i can address any problems from the start so i don't get a full blown anything in my tank.the fishes have gotten real used to me and my DSLR they do their thing no matter what i'm doing outside the tank. which is a good thing coz it's a jungle in there

it depends on the specific plant and animal.most of the time dead fishes are eaten by shrimps or another fish plants maybe left to rot or scooped out by us.so yeah mother nature takes care off most of the dead stuff.it's a recycling thing in the tank.
