Nimbus is getting big though! And I finally put the 20 L under the 40....
So I'm going to add Klaus into this journal as well! Here is Klaus! He's a 2 year old pearlscale goldie. Very cute. He's suddenly developed a weird cyst almost seemingly over night. Just looking for advice on how to treat him/it... and what it is.. o.o Its just on his tail. I've only had him for about 4 weeks and I was treating him with triple sulfa for 2 weeks. He's gotten a lot better now. I just recently upgraded him to a 55 gallon tank just by himself. It is cycling right now.
My pH- 7.0
Ammo - .25
Nitrites - 0
Nitrates - .1
I was just contemplating the start of an ulcer but it seems to have the opposite colors of an ulcer; it would be light in the middle and redder on the outside generally. Seems like a regular cyst then, I would just let him be for a now but watch it like a hawk to see if anything else comes up.
So far so good! He seems to have gotten better. However I am concerned about his issues swimming. I'm not sure if he has swim bladder issues or not. He seems to have trouble swimming in a straight line and holding himself still.
