Nice tank, Kelso! I loved how your Festivum didn't want to be in the video, lol.
Great job. Have you ever thought about adding a background to the tank? The print of the wallpaper shows through the tank! If you were to put up a black background the colors of your beautiful fish would simply *pop* and your plants would look greener than they are now. The tank looks awesome and you've got some really nice looking fish. How are you keeping your Eartheater from wrecking havoc on the tank floor?? I didn't think you could keep planted tanks with an Eartheater in residence??

If you don't stand up for something you'll fall for anything...

looking good :)

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

I actually went to Target after you said that and got some black poster board!

I really can't explain the luck I have had with the eartheater. My guesses are that I have had him since he was the size of a quarter and I keep him well fed. But honestly he's never been a problem!

Thanks for the compliments!

Nice. Let's see some pics with the new background. I bet it looks great.
I think you lucked out with your eartheater! I see them at the LFS where I visit and I'm amazed by the large amount of substrate they can move in a very short time. Nice tank, looking forward to more pics!!

That's a gorgeous tank Kelso. I love the eel!

Great job.

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.
