Pic of 2 month old planted tank

My last tank was a saltwater reef tank about 10 years ago...I decided to get back into the hobby. Never tried live plants before so I figured I would give it a shot. I am extremly nervous about the eventual growth of algae

Nice job I love the piece of wood in your tank too. As for the plants, it's all about the right balance of light and nutrients. It might take a while to find that balance (at least it did for me).

Good luck and welcome to the forum.

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

Very nice, The driftwood looks great. A little advice...pull your plants up a little so that the sand is just below the crown (where all the stems meet). Some plants' leaves will rot if they are planted too deeply.
