Oscar says "Hi."

This is my first time trying to post photos, so I hope these come up okay. These are a few of the guys in my South American Cichlid tank.

edit: Well, I've tried this a couple dozen different ways now, not having much luck. If you see what I'm doing wrong, please let me know.

Thanks! And I think I've got the photo thing now.
Thanks for your help, Katherine!

Here's what he looks like when he's not hamming for the camera:

The little guy is an African cichlid that moved to another tank when the Oscars started taking an unhealthy interest in him.

Here's the other aquatic billy goat, a.k.a. Oscar:

Our handsome little Jack Dempsey:

And the Convict that loves to aggravate him:

Pay no mind to the water spots on the front of the tank. The Oscars like to play "Shamu!" and I've given up... lol!

little question......what is in the left hand bottom corner
in the last picture ?

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

Thanks!!

The thing in the corner is some type of quartz-veined rock. I wish I could be more specific, but I'm not sure if it's limestone or what. I got mine from a lady who had them in her tank. She said they were indigenous to the desert here. Since then, I've found a few more, but none that were anywhere near as pretty as the ones she gave me.
