New planted 30

Recently set up a 30 gallon for some angels I purchased, all plants have come from my planted 75. Tank has been up about 3 weeks an the angels have been in for about a week. Other tank mates are, 2 small rubberlip placos, 5 black kuli loaches, an a couple kinds of snails....all is well. I haven't had angels for some time, forgot how much young ones can eat....

What is the plant the stringy one in the middle of your tank called? The kind you wrap around something.?

In the back is Pennywort, an in the front left is Rotala rotundifolia, common name Roundleaf Toothcup. Purchased on Aguabid.com, from a seller in Michigan.
