thanks

Both of the tanks look amazing. I wish I had one that big, but all I have are the 2 10g tanks. Also I now have a 1g. I went to the lfs to get fish food, and ended up coming home with a new betta. He is a crown tail, my husband and I saw him a week ago, and when we saw he was still there, we had to bring him home. He is a lot smaller than the other ones they had. and he has quite a bit of tail damage and was swimming on his side. He is doing much better in his new home. He seems to be very active. Still trying to decide on his name although we have a few picked out. for now it is Rhino. But my husband wants to name him Fish Food since that is what we were supposed to get.

I really love the asian tank decor you have. Your tanks look like perfect betta habitats!

Thanks fulmeralax, that is the tank My husband decorated. The big tree is the first thing we bought and just added from there. Angel, I usually just go to petsmart, that is where all my fish are from, as well as the tanks and most of the decor. We also have a small lfs called animal city that has great heaters and plants, live and silk. Most of their fish are usually full grown, whereas petsmart has yourger fish. And we have one called fins and fur. They are mostly salt water but have some great items, and beautiful bettas If your ever in Murfreesboro, you should check them out.

I had found 2 pretty neat stores in Chattanooga, one had a pretty awesome selection, but that's over 2hrs one way right there...Murfreesboro not too often unless its for VA....I just wished SO BADLY I had a semi-decent store somewhat close by w/out having to make day trips just for my tanks, I envy you

My husband is from Knoxville and said there are a lot of great fish stores. They have all the major chains, plus a load of local shops. We will be there at christmas and I can't wait to go check out some of the stores. We are hoping to find stuff that we don't have here. Most stores just have the same tanks, gravel, and decor. Tired of the same ol' same ol' and we don't shop online.

Happy Hunting!!
