That looks great ! Congratulations. The lighting is perfect as it creates a reflection on the back making it look HUGE !

I dig it, is that a rock in the middle or some type of resin decoration?

yeah,looks like it is.
must say it looks fantastic, plenty of places for fry to hide.
well done.

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor, that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

Looks good. Aquascaping is my favorite part of setting up a tank!

110 gallon tank
40 gallon sump
1x Rena XP-3 filter
1x UV sterilizer
1x 200w heater

2x Oscars (1x Red, 1x Albino Tiger)
1x Columbian Shark (catfish)
2x Bala Shark
6x Mbuna Mixed Cichlid
2x Blood Parrot Cichlid
1x Pleco

That looks amazing! I'm assuming there are lots of hiding spots and caves? Or is it stacked tight so that they are too big to get into the spaces? The trouble with spaces is they like to go hide and then you won't get to actually see the fish! LOL
My gut reaction was... "OH WOW!" when I looked at your pic!
