Cool tank, nice fish. How old are your angels?

Thank you, thank you for the compliment on my tank. The planted tank obsession is new, but I understand why people love the hobby so much.

Herky, I got my angelfish almost a year ago. I was working in this lady's house and her son left for college. She was going to put them "up for adoption" at Petco so I asked her not to do that and I told her that I would "adopt" them. September will be one year that they're with me, they were very small when I took them.

The 2 darker ones are a breeding pair. They seem to lay eggs every 10 days . The first 2 times they ate the eggs, but this last time it looked as though they got it right. They didn't eat the eggs and the eggs didn't turn white. I removed the eggs because I don't have the time, room and resources for raising angelfish fry. Plus, I'm not sure what I would do 100 baby angelfish when they get bigger. A couple of days ago I had to move the breeding pair into a 20g because they are VERY aggressive (even when they're not laying eggs). I was really worried they would kill my other fish.
