This is my planted 10 gallon shrimp & MTS tank. The shrimp and MTS are not in there yet they will be shipped tomorrow (Thanks again Aunt Kimmie) and I hope they love there new home. Since this is my first shrimp tank please feel free to give me suggestions on how to make it better. I plan on adding driftwood as soon as I can find a piece I like and I am going to replace the background with a black one asap as well. Also the last picture is a plant I picked up today at the LFS can anyone tell me what it is I liked the color so I bought it LOL but it did not have a name tag like they normally do. It has a soil base and yesterday there was a slight increase in ammonia and nitrates but today everything is testing at 0 ppm.
First is the full tank shot:

Then the rock like cave thing with java moss behind it:

Then the mystery plant:

Wow! They are going to love their new home. They are going from a simple 1 bedroom in San Diego to a 3 plush bedroom at The Four Seasons. Really fantastic looking tank, great set up!

Unless the "critters" need the driftwood, I'd leave it how it is. It reminds me of a cliff-face, like in "King Kong" when they sail up to King Kong's island and there's a big cliff, and jungle.
