Need help in identifying

I recently got a really nice deal on a 37-gallon tank that already had fish in it. Last night my wife put a gold fish that had black eyes into the tank and the big silver fish on the top and his twin picked out the eyes of the poor gold fish within hours. We felt horrible. We thought they were not aggressive, as they haven't touched the gourami's or any other fish. I have no idea what kind of fish these are. As well as the beautiful long one with the red strip and the albino. Thank you for your help.

P.S. Sorry about them being sideways!

Welcome to the forum and fishkeeping
Identification and compatibility are so key in keeping fish - I'm sorry you had to have an unfortunate experience with the unknown fish and hopefully once you get an idea of who it is that is in your tank now you will be able to choose appropriate tank mates to avoid further instances.
You mention other fish in addition to those you are not sure of the ID for - how many fish/what types is it that are in the tank at this time?
Your silver fish with the red and black stripes is a Puntius denisonii commonly called redline barb, roseline barb/shark, Denison, etc
The albino looks like it may be a paradise fish.
The silver twins look like tinfoil barbs to me.

Thank you for your reply, Ziva! That was extremely helpful. I forgot I had one more fish type in there that I had forgotten about. Here is a picture. Here is the one that is in the background in focus. I have 2 of those, 5 zebra fish in varying sizes, one blue lobster (that liked grabbing onto my iridescent shark's tail so I had to get the shark out of their and into my other tank), 2 tinfoil bars, 1 albino paradise fish, 1 orange parrot fish, 1 pleco, 1 redline barb, and 1 blue gourami

Ok thats number of different fish and you're going to have more and more problems as time goes on.

I'm going to refer you to and you can build your virtual tank there and you can see some of the problems.
