Lol! I missed a lot!

Wooo!!!! So glad it is almost fish time in the crypt tank!! I'd say use your Grandma's tank as QT long enough to get her to agree to fishes in there. Make her really enjoy fish again to the point where the cost won't matter as much.

*shrugs* You only missed Jes and John causing trouble. I am totally blaming them.

The fish came home yesterday! Not only that, but I have an unknown number of fish coming on Thursday. Unknown because the seller didn't have as many Boraras naevus as I wanted. Good thing I didn't wait. I can either add all the new fish to the tank and use filter squeezings to make sure there is enough bacteria or add some to grandma's tank.

Grandma is fine with fish being kept there. The actual conversation went something like this.

"Ma, is it ok if I keep some more fish here for a few weeks?"
"Sure, just let me figure out how much you owe me."
"I'll just sell some of your floaters and give you the money."
"Well I don't really come out ahead on that deal do I?"

She was joking by the way. I saw the sarcasm face.

Is this karmic retribution for me demanding you only use your camera? The lights are out right now so will you accept 20 days in between pictures?

Yes, If I have to only use my camcorder then you have to take pics!
20 days is fine we don't want to disturb the lil fish!

Feesh!!! :3 You sound like you have a pretty solid final stocking plan. Loaches, hengels, and Boraras. Sure you don't want some cories in there? ;) I saw your post in John's thread hehe.

You know... just thinking out loud here, but maybe we should have a tank journal section. I've seen them on other forums and there are a lot of people who have them here....

John- Pictures of the tank won't be bad. Just don't go expecting pictures of the fish. That might be nearly impossible.

Izzy-I'll have 12+ Boraras, 10 loaches, and 10 hengels. That does leave some space I think. I'll know better when I see how many fish I actually get. I do like the idea of a journal section though. Those are always fun to follow along with. Whole reason I started this one. I mean we all know it's not to show off my amazing pictures.

I'll try to get a picture of your babies before I send them on their way tomorrow. . . try being the operative word, here. . . I hope they make the trip okay. *ish nervous*
