My Freshwater Nano

Here is my 2.5 gal cichlid tank. There are 3 cichlids in the tank that are still very young and small. When they get a little larger then I will put them in my 55 gal tank with the other cichlids that I have.

With flash, a whole view of the tank.

With out flash. They love the tank.

tell me what you think :)

The black sand is VERY cool!

Once the cichlids come out a few cherry shrimp would look great in there!

Great tank!

That's a lovely looking tank commando. I wanted to go with black sand, but found it was too expensive over here.

Ditto on the black sand, was too poor when i set up my last tank, and had to go for ordinary, then couldn't find it this time so had to go for black gravel. Very jealous!

I'm liking the way you've made the caves with the thin pieces of slate stuck in there. nice looking and i'm sure the fish love them, i always find it a bit tricky to find a way to get hidey holes without comprimising on looks - Good Job!
