I would say it depends on your tank size. If you have a 55 I would say a GT because they are a tich smaller when full grown. If you have a 75 you *might* get away with an oscar but I think they need bigger tanks as it will be easier to keep water quality pristine. Anything bigger is fine. Anything smaller is not suited for either.

I transfered him to the 55 today. The tank condition were Ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 10 pH around eight(comes out of the tap that way). Moving him almost gave me a heart attack. I first caught two out of the three neons that were in the 55. Then I put them in the ten. I caught the gt with a cup and a net. Walked him down to the other tank. If anyone has any tricks for catching the fastest neon alive speak up. He started exploring the tank about ten minutes after he went in otherwise know as when I left. He seems to feel more comfortable with fish in with him. I hope he doesn't eat them like last time.
