After seeing some pretty awesome cichlid tanks, I think my project for next year will be an african tank, maybe 55 gallons, though I'd love to go bigger.... I worry about the weight!
Here's what I currently have (sorry, these were the best pics I could get):
46 gallon bowfront:
5.5 gallon with baby platies (can't really make out)
rather sad 20 gallon with the survivors of a red-tail black shark tankmate (gourami, h. rasboras -- actually I saved them -- and some checkboard barbs)
finally, the 29 gallon 'tetra tank' which currently holds only a few black phantoms and neon tetras (and 2 juvenile b-n plecos)
