This is my 37 gallon tank. In it I have 1 discus, 5 neon tetras, 5 von rio tetras, 6 hatchetfish, and 3 german blue rams along with some ghost shrimp and malaysian trumpet snails.

thanks. I'm using it as a practice run for some things in preparation for the big tank I want to get later on in the year (between 110 and 265 gallons). It's also obviously the current home to most of my fish.
Yeah I've found that especially the black substrate and background are especially good for contrast to the fish and plants. I wouldnt use anything else.
Your tank looks great FDStation, and the plants look really healthy.
