My 20 gallon, What needs to go?

Im going to get rid of the dark grey statue or the lantertn. I bought the lantern because i was going to run an airline into it but there is a space for air so the lantern floats when i run the air. I wanted to make the driftwood kindof look like a bonzai tree. I just bought it today. I have a bamboo shrimp so the bamboo is in there for him, he never uses it though, he likes to sit on the filter intake more. The sword plants and small plants in the front are holdovers from my last tank but some of the fis like to hide there.

hello there,interesting tank you have,
is the temperature 84d f ?
because if it is,then it's way too hot,for the tropicals, and
the gold fish won't survive in there for long either.
:(

no its not 84, the readout is strange, I checked with a reg thermom and it says 78. I'm trying to go with an asian theme cause my wife is japanese. The goldfish is just in there temporaraly, he helps the cycle along. now that i have nitrates hell go back to the 10 gallon

hi
ok well ,dang, i don't want to be the barer of bad news..........
however,he needs moving straight away,and a 10glln
is not going to be big enough either, sorry. :(
the plant on the right is a house plant, and will rot in there
so that needs to come out too.
gosh i feel like the grim reaper.
i would make more of a feature from the wood, and add more moss
then i think it would look more like a bonsi tree.

Yeah I need to upgrade his tank but I'm on a budget. Hard to fit the 55 gallon I want in a 1 bedroom apartment. Which plant on the right? the only one I see on the right is the moss ball. Or do you mean the bamboo?

I used a piece of wood with a bunch of branches and used java moss to make an underwater "tree". It's a neat effect. I didn't see any goldfish, just mollies and platys. I would add a small power filter to help with filtering and carry some of the bio-load.
